When will I receive my order?
We dispatch order within 2-3 days Monday - Friday. If your order is placed after 3:00pm Friday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday.
Do you ship globally?
Currently, as we are still a small brand, we are only shipping within the UK. However, we have plans to expand this within the future.
How can I get in touch?
If you would like to chat with us, please email info@mysahomeware.com. We aim to reply within a few working days, however, if you haven't received a response after 1 week, please get in touch again as this may have been missed.
Please note, if you message our socials they may be missed therefore, its best to pop us an email.
Do you offer collection?
Yes we do! We are based in Needham Market and offer free collection. Please await an email once you have placed an order for collection as we would need to arrange a collection date and time that suits you best.
